All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.

All communications will be via email. We are not responsible for missed communications resulting from the email address being incorrect. If you have multiple email addresses please check all accounts before contacting us.

All orders are subject to price and availability.

Refund Policy

Damaged or faulty books should be returned to eContent Management for refund or exchange, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase. Freight will not be charged for exchanged items. We will to process an item returned to us within 5 business days of receipt at our office.

Please choose your products carefully as we do not accept Returns due to a change-of-mind.

Credits to your card may not appear until the following billing cycle. This is determined by your banking institutions policies.

Privacy Policy

eContent will keep any personal details you supply to us and any information we collect in relation to you absolutely private and secure. We will not share any of your personal details with any other party under any circumstances.  

We use your information to identify your orders, to provide you with our monthly newsletter (if requested) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
eContent uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain your shopping cart and purchase items from your shopping cart. Cookies also enable us to personalise your shopping experience by displaying pages and products that may be of interest to you. These cookies only last while you’re browsing the eContent website.

When you visit a website, the computer that stores those web pages, known as a Web server, needs to know the unique IP address of your computer in order to send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. From this IP address it is possible to determine the general geographic location of your computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.

Delivery Expectations

Most titles are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days.

Insufficient/Incorrect Delivery Information

Address changes and/or corrections made through your eContent account will only affect orders placed after the changes/corrections are made. Any address changes for current orders must be done by phoning Customer Service on 07 5435 2900 between 9.00am-4.00pm Monday-Friday AEST. Please make sure you update your account for future orders.

Customers entering a delivery address that Australia Post deem as insufficient/incorrect may experience the following:

  • Delayed delivery
  • Lost parcel
  • Package/s returned to the eContent Management

Any package returned to eContent due to insufficient/incorrect address information will require an extra delivery charge. Any fees imposed to retrieve the package from Australia Post will be charged to the customer before the package can be despatched again.

Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had insufficient/incorrect delivery address details provided by the customer will not refunded.

If a customer prefers not to receive the items as their requirements have changed then no refund or store credit will be provided due to "incorrect and/or insufficient address" details.
If eContent is responsible for incorrectly addressing a package we will be responsible for resending, replacing or refunding items not delivered.

Australia Post

If the package is 'lost' by Australia Post, eContent will replace the items after you have confirmed this with your local Post Office.

Australia Post Redirections may not always work with packages and we will not be responsible for replacement of product where a redirection has not worked.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Credit Card payments will incur a 4% processing fee.

If eContent is unable to charge a customer's credit card due to insufficient funds or other errors, we will attempt to contact the customer by email to rectify the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue then the order will be cancelled.

Please note we do not accept Cheque, Money Order, BPay or manual Credit Card.

Overseas Orders

If we do not deliver to your specified address we reserve the right to cancel your order before it is processed.

Some countries charge the recipient duties on the 'import' of packages. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. eContent will not reimburse customers for import costs or provide a refund in the event that a customer refuses to pay import costs or accept delivery.

All orders with an overseas delivery address are a firm sale and refunds are not available. Note that this does not apply to Damaged or Faulty Items.
